FAQ's

Can the illuminated letters change color?

Absolutely! Our illuminated letters are versatile and can easily change color. You have the freedom to choose any color and brightness you want. In addition, we offer you the possibility to effortlessly dim the illuminated letters to create the perfect mood. With the included remote control you have full control and can change colors during your event according to your taste. Enjoy the flexibility and individuality of our illuminated letters to give your event that certain something.

Can I use the illuminated letters outdoors?

Of course, our illuminated letters can be used both indoors and outdoors. They are ideal for various events and can be placed outside as needed. However, please note that in bright and direct sunlight, the luminosity of the letters may be affected. Therefore, we recommend carefully choosing the positioning of the illuminated letters outdoors to achieve the best possible effect. The illuminated letters should be brought indoors overnight or in bad weather (storm, thunderstorm, rain, etc.).

How much do the illuminated letters cost?

Click on our store to see our most popular products. For individual requests to visualize it, please click on the showroom. However, if you would like a consultation, we look forward to hearing from you.

How much is the deposit and what are the cancellation conditions?

A deposit of 20% of the total amount is required for your order. However, we want to offer you flexibility, so you can cancel your order free of charge up to 20 days before the event day. In this case your deposit will be fully refunded. We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with our service and give you the opportunity to make changes or cancellations if your plans change.

What are the transportation costs and how much is the installation and dismantling service?

We offer Austria-wide deliveries from our location in Korneuburg. The exact delivery costs are based on the distance and can be calculated in the shopping cart under the item "Shipping". There you have the possibility to specify your delivery address in order to determine the appropriate transport costs for your request. We want to ensure that you are charged transparent and fair transportation costs based on the actual route.
You have the option to add the assembly and disassembly service separately.

How is the rental price calculated?

In our shop, you will find a calendar where you can select the start and end date of your event. If your event spans multiple days, the price will be automatically adjusted according to the rental duration. Please note that the details regarding self-pickup, return, or transportation by our team will be separately specified in the order confirmation email. This way, we can ensure that all details regarding pickup, return, or transportation are communicated clearly.

When can I pick up/return the letters?

In the order confirmation email, the details for self-pickup and return will be separately arranged via a Calendly link. You have the option to pick up the products, depending on availability, for example, one day before the event and return them on the day after the event or a maximum of one additional day later, depending on availability. Please make sure to arrive for pickup with a suitable vehicle as the illuminated letters have a height of 1 meter. If necessary, we recommend that you contact us in advance to discuss any specific requirements. We want to ensure that the pickup and return process goes smoothly and that you can transport your products safely.

Does your team deliver the products and when are they picked up?

You will be contacted by our team after the booking confirmation to arrange the exact delivery and pickup times. We want to ensure that we support your event to the best of our ability and discuss all the details with you to ensure a smooth execution. Our staff will contact you to arrange the delivery and pickup dates according to your needs and the event schedule. We are committed to providing you with the best service and look forward to assisting you in organizing your event.

Do I need a power supply for the illuminated letters?

Our illuminated letters are equipped with a battery that allows for a runtime of 7-8 hours. For longer durations of use, the letters can also be connected to a standard Schuko power outlet. This gives you the flexibility to operate the letters either using the battery or through the power supply.

Do I need an electrical outlet for the Neon Signs?

Please ensure that a power outlet is available nearby to operate the neon signs. If you require specific mounting accessories such as nylon threads, extension cords, or cable ties, please bring them with you in case they are not provided by our team during the installation.

  Absolute Emfehlung! Einfach ein MUST HAVE bzw. besonderes außergewöhnliches Geschenk! Habe die Buchstaben LOVE und ein Neonschild "Mr&Mrs" als Überraschung für meine beste Freundin gebucht, da ich die Trauzeugin war und das Brautpaar und die Gäste waren einfach total begeistert, weil die Buchstaben zuerst bei der Trauung in weiß standen und anschließend am Abend auf der Tanzfläche in allen Farben die Tanzfläche beleuchtet haben. Auch das Neonsign war einfach unglaublich schön. Preis/Leistung stimmt auf alle Fälle!  Auch der Self-pickup hat super funktioniert!   Perfekte Leuchtbuchstaben für einen unvergesslichen Moment

Ich möchte meine Begeisterung für die selbst durchgeführte Abholung der Leuchtbuchstaben für meine Verlobung zum Ausdruck bringen. Die Tatsache, dass die Buchstaben bereits für mich bereitgelegt wurden und ich sogar Teppiche nutzen durfte, um einen sicheren Transport zu gewährleisten, hat die gesamte Erfahrung noch angenehmer gemacht.

Die Bereitstellung der Leuchtbuchstaben war äußerst praktisch. Es war offensichtlich, dass sich das Team darum bemüht hatte, die Abholung so reibungslos wie möglich zu gestalten.
Die Zugabe von Teppichen für den Transport war eine äußerst durchdachte Geste. Dieser zusätzliche Service zeugte von einem hohen Maß an Kundenservice und dem Engagement des Vermieters für die Sicherheit und den Schutz der gemieteten Gegenstände. Die Teppiche erleichterten nicht nur den Transport, sondern zeigten auch die Sorgfalt, die in den gesamten Vermietungsprozess gesteckt wurde.

Die Leuchtbuchstaben selbst erwiesen sich als atemberaubend und sorgten für eine wundervolle Atmosphäre auf unserer Verlobungsfeier. Die Qualität der Buchstaben und die zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten bei der Abholung haben meine Erwartungen übertroffen.

Ich möchte dem Team herzlich für die hervorragende Erfahrung und den exzellenten Service danken. Die Selbstabholung war nicht nur stressfrei, sondern auch mit kleinen Details versehen, die den Unterschied ausmachten.   Die Leuchtbuchstaben auf unserer Hochzeit waren ein Hit. Es war wunderschön für Fotos aber auch als Abenddeko wirklich schön anzusehen. Die Buchung war wahnsinnig einfach, Kommunikation über Whatsapp, Telefon und E-Mail hat super funktioniert. Man kriegt gleich eine Antwort und die MitarbeiterInnen sind wahnsinnig nett und hilfsbereit. Die zusätzliche Buchung für Lieferung und Abholung haben natürlich noch alles einfacher gemacht.
